The purpose of this role, is to lead, shape and deliver our brand activation strategy for Listerine Benelux.
Together with the multifunctional team you will lead the definition of and implementation of best in class customer, shopper & consumer plans to accelerate our growth and meet both consumer and customer needs.
The role will also involve frequent interactions with the Central Europe cluster to provide input and make sure we both feed into the global consumer/customer strategy and assure locally we get the required tools/support to grow our Oral Care business.
Your key areas of responsibility
Together with the Brand Activation Lead Oral/ Self Care BNL, you will own the BeNeLux measures for Listerine:
Manage the day-to-day business
Grow the brand via category optimizations, shopper activations with retailers, consumer activations, influencer marketing, digital marketing.
Input into a best in class capability agenda including Perfect Store, Instore excellence, Category management, Customer & Category Trade story development in conjunction with regional and global support.
Lead solution development efforts for the brand that best address consumer, customer/ channel needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary stakeholders.
Own the Business Planning process for Listerine.
Collaborate closely with lead stakeholders across the cluster to access best in-class best practices and solutions.
Own & Track business performance and LEAD mitigation plans when needed
Manage Marketing budget and P&L responsibility

5 years’ experience in marketing or customer & shopper marketing roles with proven track record.
Master degree or equivalent
Fluency in English, Dutch, French
